My experience with Mr Peddy and Staff for 50/50 custody of my child has been Amazing. Mr Peddy and his team handled my case with such professionalism and care. Everyone was very understanding of my goals and worked very hard to see that I would gain joint custody and the out come came in my favor.I highly recommend them for any legal matters you may have. He has been very straight forward, always there to answer my questions and most of all he will make it happen. Thank You Mr. Peddy, Brooke and the rest of the team. We have just complete a 4 year, very complicated case with Robert Peddy law. Mr. Peddy an his entire staff worked above and beyond their normal duties to help us prevail in our case. Brooke Alderman was extremely knowledgable and excellent excellent support! We high recommend Peddy Law!!

Previous posts are lies. This attorney will only accept a 5k retainer. That's your first red flag! Mr. Peddy is a thief and a story teller. His staff will tell lies along the way because their hands are tied. He will take your money, do what he wants and tell you to trust him. 10 months later you will receive an invoice asking for more money. During that first 10 months, you will never see an invoice showing you where your 5k is being exhausted, but when you do finally see it, it is nothing less than legal theft! Also, you will do most of the leg work, you will provide the office with most of the documentation needed to fight your case. Do not get involved with Brooke as your paralegal. She was never prepared and always needed to fetch an e-mail during one of our expensive phone conversations. Be prepared to pay this attorney 1k minimum to show up for a hearing. Mr. Peddy never did what he said he was going to do, never filed the proper motions, never used the documentation that was provided and quite honestly seemed overwhelmed and stressed out with his case load. In the end, my kids still suffer today!

Hands down the best attorney in Florida! I was awarded everything I ask for. The staff are superb. Those that say that he is pricey need to think about what you are getting. He has given me his utmost attention to my case and so has his staff. I can't say enough about them. He will be my attorney for any future legal cases that I may have.
